Ronald Languedoc has been a featured presenter and led CLE seminars recently:

On December 4, 2020, he gave a presentation for over 100 tenants, and led a Q&A, that was sponsored by PALAN’TE Harlem, on the COVID-19 eviction moratorium and rent relief grants.
On January 6, 2021, he co-led a Continuing Legal Education program sponsored by the Columbian Lawyers Association on rent overcharge claims post-Regina Metro and HSTPA.

He has also been serving on the Housing Court Committee of the City Bar since 2019. In June of 2019, he co-led a CLE on the rent overcharge claims under the HSTPA and post-Regina Metro.
In addition, he co-led a seminar for the NY Judicial Institute in August 2020 on rent overcharges, the HSTPA, and Regina Metro.

For the past 2 years, he has been serving as the tenant private bar representative on the Brooklyn Tenant Lawyers Network’s Steering Committee. He has helped coordinate the Network’s activities, such as meeting with the Housing Court judges to discuss tenants’ concerns, working with community organizations in Brooklyn, and sponsoring legal education for tenants’ attorneys in Brooklyn.
