In addition, we represent tenant groups in cooperative and condominium conversions, and provide representation to cooperative and condominium boards, purchasers and sellers of real estate, and homeowners and tenants in foreclosure proceedings.

Each of our attorneys concentrates on all aspects of tenant representation and real estate law. We have represented thousands of residential and commercial tenants, both individually and in groups, before New York Courts and administrative agencies including Housing Court, Civil Court, Supreme Court, all state Appellate Courts, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Our representation has included representing tenants in "MCI" matters at DHCR, rent strikes, Mitchell Lama buy-outs, "HP" actions, eviction proceedings, rent overcharge cases, hotel reclassifications, reduction of service complaints, luxury deregulation cases and cooperative conversions. We also represent co-op boards, condomnium associations, individual shareholders, unit owners and home owners.
